very nice looking bed but one huge problem.it is very shake/y. trying to get up on the side of the bed and the bed starts to tilt to my end. Once i get onto my mattress it just shakes.
Came on tim Box was a little damaged; therefore, there were a few screws and knots missing bolts missing. I was able to find them in Home Depot and it worked out.
Im guessing the bed will meet its intended purpose if I can ever figure out how to attach the R and L futon mechanisms. Ive made at least 4 calls to s customer help line and left messages requesting some help. NO RETURN CALL. Ive corresponded by e/mail with one of their support staff who assured me 3 days ago that a voice mail had been left advising me on how to resolve my issue. NO CALL RECEIVED. This companys customer service is worse than horribl Currently I have a bed that cant be used because the parts will not attach in the manner stated in the instruction manual.
I bought this bed for my kids. It was a little time consuming to put together, but it is built like a tank. Heavy, sturdy, and my kids love it. This was a good value for my family and my wallet.

This Bunkbed is a Tan
I bought this bed for my kids. It was a little time consuming to put together, but it is built like a tank. Heavy, sturdy, and my kids love it. This was a good value for my family and my wallet.
