I am by no means mechanically inclined, and I put this together in under 2 hours alone, and that was counting redoing some of the support slats and plugs (make sure the holes at the of the slats are all facing up Cant rate the durability yet, but looks nice and sturdy, seems like it should be sufficient for my 5 and 6 year old.
I really want to give it 3.5 stars. Bed is okay for price. Took my husband 4 hours to put together. Hes a very handy man but still had a few problems. For one the holes for the ladder did not line up with each other. It was odd. He had to drill 2 hole on the bottom to line up with the 2 on top. 2nd the directions could have been a little better. I read in some of the reviews that people put things on backwards by mistake. We had the same problem. Since the screws are cheap they stripped while trying to loosen them. We had to use a screw stripping set to get them out. This worries me when its time to take it apart to move.
The bed came in one huge heavy box.
Got this for my daughters room since she has her cousin stay weekends often. I put this together by myself and it took about two hours. Its more of a two person job at least when it comes to the bed rails. But other then that its great.
This bed was challenging to put together. All the pieces were present, but some of the posts were slightly bent. It looks attractive when assembled. Functionally, it is very challenging to make the bed with the side rails on all sides of the top bunk, as well as the ladder attached the way it is. You definitely need two people to assemble the bed for some parts. It seems sturdy.
Product arrived today. Before completing the first step on of the main support rails is misdrilled, and not by a little, like 18 off this is a product Im trusting my child to be safe on and there is an 18 error on a critical component? Made in china. check. 2 hours on hold to speak to customer service, and transferred to a messaging service during their working hours.

I ordered this for my Teenage Grandson. Looks great in his room. He weights 200 lbs. it is very sturdy. I ordered 6 mattresses.

the product is really good easy to assemble and the bottom bed is big .
the product is really good easy to assemble and the bottom bed is big just make sure you get good mattresses and your going to be happy with it.
