Seriously, its SO much more powerful than a standard box fan that I could never have understood this without experiencing it. This makes indoor cycling bearable in warmer months again! Total game changer for rainy or dangerously windy days. Only took off a star because this has an annoying high/pitched whine.
Its a powerful fan, it will make some noise, but it is nothing unexpected. It is actually quieter than my last fan that was the same type. Very pleased with this purchase.
The fan is a little noisy but its powerful. My room gets so hot in the summer. Id rather have a powerful fan that makes some noise than be sweating to death with a fan that barely blows a breeze
Bought in sept 29, 2019 less than three years ago and it just stopped working last night. We have central AC in the house so we used it only in rare occasions when in the garage. Air flow and low noise was great. We loved it while it lasted just hoped it wouldve last longer
I purchased this fan originally for my garage and love it. I then moved it outdoors to my outdoor kitchen, where I needed it to help with the Florida heat. Then I had to use it when my fireplace started smoking and filled my house with smoke. I love this fan so much that I purchased 3 more. I am not going to be without a fan that can actually move the air.
I am a house painter and bought this fan to aid in drying and clearing vapors out of the workplace. It can move a lot of air, is stable and even has a hanger to mount in front of windows.
It is quite stable compared to box fans but still have a small footprint.
As some others have mentioned sometimes it can be a bit squeaky but works great for my purpose.

1 Perfect perfect Very windy fan (on 3rd setting), a must have for keeping cool at home!

Nice little fan. Really moves the air around. I hung it on the wall in my garage to clear the farts out while I tinkered around. Good to go.
