We need this fan because we live in Southern CA without central air. Its worked for years and weve gotten a lot of use out of it. Even at its lowest setting, its loud, but its meant to be a shop fan and we know that. Even though it has brackets along the edges that make it seem like the front comes off, its not meant to be opened, and that makes it hard to clean (my only real complaint).
Powerful fan at a decent price point. We have tile floors so the added movement of air really bolsters the AC (Written from Phoenix, as a lifetime native). The noise isnt bad, maybe turned the volume up 1/2 notches on the TV and it wasnt noticeable.
Very strong ! Even on level 1 (out of 3) the air temperature difference is noticeable. Woke up at night and the Mrs. had turned it off!
The mount is sturdy and easy to use. I havent found the correct place for my liking, but it will be easy to place when I do. Mount is a little large, might be worth painting to reduce visibility if the fan is not on the wall.
Cord could be longer, but thats not really something worth complaining about. Get an extension!

The mount is heavy duty, but kinda hard to move it around. The one downside is that it said mounting hardware is not included, hence one star down on the review.
Ive been using s for quite a while and this is the second one of this type Ive bought. The other one is still running strong after 7 years. Never lets me down. Good airflow. Might sound a little loud while its running for some but it doesnt matter in my book. This fan is powerful even on the lowest setting. If you keep it clean and clear of dust build up itll last you a long time. Highly recommend.

This is a great fan. I have it in our garage and really cools it off. It is a little loud but is in the garage fan.
