Umbrella appears decent (would have gotten bigger size if they were in stock in color we wanted) but came with a tear in it. Contacted support and they credited about 20 and gave me some recommendations on fabric tape to tape the tear. While I appreciated the offer having a nice strip of fabric tape across a new umbrella is a little irritating to say the lease. Other than that, product does well. Probably would have given higher stars if not for the price of product that came with tear in it.
The 10ft Umbrella is an awesome. It opens easily and swivels to where you want it with no problem. The umbrella is very attractive. The umbrella is stable in semi windy conditions. If the wind gets too strong you will want to put it away. It could become 100 sqft kite. The reason I am giving the product 4 stars instead of 5 is that you have to have a mounting base. That should be included with umbrella. Lots of umbrellas sell separate weights. This umbrella had no base at all so you have to order one separately. Fortunately for me my old umbrella base had additional holes to accommodate the umbrella. The assembly instructions are a bit lacking. You do have to remove packing material from inside the umbrella before using it. That is a bit tricky to do and should have been better defined in the instructions. Once its up great umbrella. Getting it there takes a base and some unpacking of packaging in some tough to reach spots.
I purchased this umbrella and after 2 weeks it was delivered with the box cut in half and parts sticking out. I immediately called and they were very quick in having this one picked up and a new one shipped. Now a little skeptical, I called to complain because this appeared to be an open box sent to me. UPS driver stated that he was amed how poorly this box arrived at their facility and he even tried to tape it up so the parts wouldnt fall out. s response was its s problem, their responsible for shipping. Not exactly quality customer service or support. The new umbrella arrived in great shape and I installed in in the ground using s steel base. Umbrella looks Great, works great, gives plenty of shade and easy to operate.
I use this umbrella on my patio and I think this is a very good product. However my umbrella is blue and the cover is . before I send it back I like to give you a chance to replace with a blue cover. thank you.
High quality sturdy umbrella. After many that broke cause of the wind we bought this one with the Inground stand. Its not going anywhere. Very happy with this purchase. Very expensive but worth the price
Ive had this set up since April and it has performed very well. Filled the base with water and it has held up without difficulty, even in a fair amount of wind. On two separate occasions I needed to contact them and both times they responded right away with positive results. Excellent service recovery and satisfaction. I highly recommend this umbrella.

Great Umbrella without a stand

Perfect fit.
Provides the shade we need on our deck. Very sturdy and easy to set up and use. We get compliments on how nice it is and refer people to this product.

Excellent Quality
Strong cast aluminum frame requires no assembly. Dual cranks, one for height adjustment and one for rotation. Rotation allows 360/degrees of turning.
