This chair arrives almost completely assembled so its a breeze to set up. The arms flip up which is convenient because it allows the chair to be pushed under a desk when not in use or to get closer to your work area as needed.
It is made of 90% polyurethane foam pad and 10% polyester fiber batting. It does not contain any added flame retardant chemicals and there is no chemical odor. It looks like leather and there are subtleties of color blending along with a textured look of real leather. The contrast stitching is fairly precise although there is one spot on the chair back which has stitching that veered slightly off course and shows an upholstery line. Not a big deal and it is only visible close up. I included a picture but you may not even notice it.
The chair is very comfortable and is height and back adjustable.

At the time of this review there wasnt a retail price listed so I cannot comment on value but it is a very comfortable and easy to clean chair.
Once I had the chair put together I really love it. The issue was assembly. For the most part the instructions were very straight forward. Word of advice. When you attach the bottom part of the seat, dont tighten the handles. They dont tell you this then youre struggling trying to force the seat into a tight space and then trying to attach the screws. I couldnt line it up properly without loosening the arms to fit the seat in. Then when attaching the bottom part for the lumbar support area the struggle was certainly real. I couldnt attach the bottom part onto it easily. I was yanking on it with all of my force to pull that part out to attach it to the bottom base area that attaches under the seat. I took a photo to show the area Im talking about. You have to pull the little tab out of the top part of the seat as you are trying to attach the base. You seriously need a second person to pull that part out as the other person attaches the round wheel thing. I was alone putting this together and had to hold it with my foot as I screwed it together. I pinched my fingers several times trying to put this together. I give assembly 2 stars because of the struggle. The chair itself is nice once its finished. I love how it looks and its super comfortable. Just have someone help you assemble it, my only suggestion.
Easy to setup. Took 20 without instructions. Things I like. Its got a nice up / down lever. Not the long metal lever like others. The seat is some faux leather and is fairly comfortable. It allows a good up down height adjustment. It has a nice ergonomic seating position. My main gripe is that the lean back is only on the back. Your seat doesnt lean back. So you dont feel like your sitting back. Its got a nice feature that as you lean back it pulls your back rest back too. Nice for sitting around and working, but my old chair used to recline quite a ways. It was nice for relaxing back and listening to some tunes. This one doesnt lean back like that. The arms also flip up which is actually very useful.
I absolutely love this chair, it arrived in a box within a box. It was very easy to put together and all parts where there. Its easy to adjust to the right height for me and is extremely comfortable. I love the back support it gives me and that I can lift the arms up when needed. A great buy for anyone, well made.
This is a very comfortable and supportive high-back executive chair. Assembly is exceedingly easy with clear illustrative instructions and very few components to assemble. It took me 15 minutes to put the chair together alone.
The chair itself has cushioning in just the right places, and lumbar support while locked in the upright position that affords proper support for your lower back. What is interesting and quite different about this chair is that when the recline is activated, the lumbar support is retracted which adds to comfort while leaning!
The only thing that would make this Commercial product even better would be a headrest extension to the high chair back, but that is certainly no deal-breaker and I will use this chair as my primary desk chair from this point on.

The description of this chair is pretty accurate. Its well put together chair. This is by no means a cheap office chair that you can find online or at Walmart.
ASSEMBLY
Its mostly easy. The only warning I would give is to not tighten the arm bolts very much. If you lock them down before you put the seat on, you wont be able to get the seat on. Once the seat is in place you can lock the arms down.
COMFORT
Its very nice. For home use its great. Compared to what youd find in an office, its about in the middle.
UTILITY
It leans, goes up and down, and the arms fold up. You cant ask for much more at this price point.
DURABILITY
Its good. This thing feels solid and no parts appear to be cheap.
OVERALL
This is a nice chair, but unless you are self employed and can write off the price, its not the best value youll find.
This is a nice chair. It is comfortable and offers a lot of support on the back and bottom. The active lumbar support is new for me. I like it. It rolls very smoothly.
It was pretty easy to assemble with the included instructions. I had to loosen a couple of screws in order to get it all to fit together right and then tighten them at the end. But overall it was fine.
I do wish the arms could adjust up and down to make it a little easier to fit under a desk. They do fold back away from the seat. But they are a pretty good height so this is not a big deal.
It is also a little stiff. This is probably good for the overall support, but it looks like it would be more comfortable than it is. Perhaps it will wear in a little bit over time.
Overall, I do really like this chair. Highly recommended.

I love this chair
