I ordered the big and tall version just to have a heavier duty model with room to lean and sit every which way. Supportive. Holds the recline. Comfortable. I dozed off in recline with my feet up (on a separate stool).
Cons:
No real assembly instructions. Just have figure out which screws go where. The arms were ridiculously hard to get attached even when leaving all the base/back screws loose. That was a pain.
TIP:
Box it comes in is a perfect size to rest the seat upside down on while you attach the bottom bracket and seatback to it.
That said. Im happy. Would buy again. Its hard to find a chair you like.
I bought this chair for my computer desk in the living room. My living room furniture is leather of a similar color so I wanted a chair that wouldnt clash with the other furniture and a good looking chair with nice features, that wouldnt break the bank. This chair is quite comfortable and Im quite pleased with this purchase.
I love the Mahogany Wood arm rests and base as an accent to the leather. The zero point tilt lock is very easy to use and allows me to lock the chair in laid back relax or straight sitting business. I like the built in lumbar support for my taller frame(64) although my wife says that its in the middle of her back(55). All in all this chair has exceeded my expectations in style and comfort.
Im still using this chair as my home computer chair for gaming and web browsing.
I remember that putting the chair together was quite the pain, but its been in use regularly since 2016 (its now 2020), and is still quite comfortable and stable.
