I work from home doing tech support so a good chair is important. Previously I would have to take frequent breaks to stand. Not any more. This is quite comfortable.
Ive assembled many executive style chairs for work and this is by far the easiest. Ive never had any missing or broken parts. Additionally my workers are pleased with them.
Assembly was difficult, but learned to put the arms on before attaching the back. The instructions tell you to attach the back and then the arms but the arms will not connect or fit so you need to connect the arms to the base and the back before you attach the back piece to the base.
Easy to assemble. Pleasantly surprised at the high quality for a chair at this price, definitely recommend. Very comfortable to sit in, which is important since I spend a lot of time at the computer.
So far. I like the chair, but every time the chair arm hits my desk, the covering (I hesitate to say paint) comes off. I did not expect that lack of attention to detail from . Maybe they should provide bumper pads for the arms. I took off a star for that.
The assembly service was well-worth the fee.

a little lopsided seating position and back
chair leans to one side. had to add a spacer between two of the bolts on the seat bracket to compensate. comfort is adequate, not amazing.
Noisy but comfortable
The chair is very comfortable, also very noisy. I tried a spray lubricant and it helped a small amount.
