The first chair was missing parts and physically damaged. The replacement had some minor cosmetic issues (finish scratches) which Ill correct with a swipe of stain. However, the replacement process was very easy, and fast. Overall a nice looking chair and comfortable. Get the upgrade castors (wheels). They are much better than what comes with it.
It was a work out to put together, highly recommended, should last 10 years hopefully. Nothing feels cheap, it is thick leather, very strong/heavy legs, and the arms are also very strong. Only small complaint, maybe a defect but some of the leather on one of the arms is scaling off. Just started after about 18months of owning it. Still the best chair I have ever owned, nearly no signs of wear and tear.
took a lot of effort just to screw in 10 screws. there was no assembly instruction. the chairs lowest position is too high for my feet to touch the floor. the wheels doesnt roll smoothly, kind of like an old shopping cart.
My husband loves the Christmas gift. He is a big guy and he says it is super comfortable and rolls so easily. He can get up and down from the chair and it supports his back.
Item arrived early and in excellent condition. easy assembly, parts packaged well, quality item, cost reasonable. Would recommend to anyone needing chair to handle extra weight. I am 300lbs, 5 feet 7 inches tall and it is excellent for my use.
After using this chair for a couple weeks Im having some hip and lower back pain. I keep adjusting the height and my position trying to relieve pressure but so far nothing is working.

For a 6 foot guy this chair is great
Way better than any mesh chair and can be used for hours at a time with total comfort

Somethings not right
