I have a concrete floor in my office in a building that is less than two years old so its fair to say the floor is goodthe wheels that come with this chair became pitted and wore down or clunky within weeks. Other than that Ive since purchased aftermarket rubber wheels and have a stellar chair for my desk that I spend on average 6 hours a day spinning around at mon-fri. Btw Im 64 and 240#. Great chair bad wheels which is a minor repair in my opinion to remain comfortable in a quality chair.
I was looking for a chair that would be supportive of my lower lumbar as I have an old back injury. I do already have a much more expensive ergonomic chair with the mesh back. That chair causes my butt and back to get sore after 8 hours at my desk. The new chair has been comfortable, provides more cushion, and the lumbar support is a nice feature for the lower back. The husband put the chair together easily and it hasnt given me any problems. I would recommend.
Very comfortable. Allows you to do a slight recline. Arm rests can be up or down. Down is good if you want to store the chair under a table. Good quality. Worth the price.
Luckily I got this as a used item for half the price so its not that bad. the only issue is the tilt has no tension even when tightening to the max it still tilts like notings there, will change out the spring, and hope that helps. besides that, the chair is comfy and sturdy for me being 65 240lbs it feels good.
The chair went together very easily. The quality, cost and delivery of this chair made this an excellent choice for me. I would purchase from this supplier again in the future when I need another chair.
I got this as I recently started grad school which now means sitting in this chair at a desk all day. A month in, and I am pleased with this chair, but it is by far from perfect. The build quality is a little less solid than I expect from a chair of this price range. The most noticeable issue is that you can lock or unlock the leaning back feature. It does not lock solidly so there is still some movement when locked, not a lot, but enough to be noticeable.
I did purchase a set of rollerblade wheels instead of using the included casters and recommend this highly (worth 25-30 bucks to be able to roll)
The other feature that is slightly annoying is that the arms do fold up, but do not, in my opinion, fold back far enough to be out of the way completely. I use the arms down 99% of the time, so I mention this in case you plan on using this with the arms up.
It is bonded leather, but seems to be of good quality, I would expect genuine leather at least on the arm rests, seat, and headrest for this price I have had no issues in the 1 month I have had this.

Our 1st one held up well, but as we use it every day for a least a couple of hours it was getting worn. Not for small spaces and not the best option for petite people. Im 56 and while I dont need a chair of this stature, my spouse over 6 does prefers it. However, Im comfortable when I sit in it.
This chair is very comfortable! I have a lot of back problems and this has helped with needing to be at my desk all day for work, Im not longer in unbearable pain at the end of the day. Great lumbar support that you can turn off to allow the chair to recline. I think my only complaint about this chair would be the squeak It was fine for the first week or so but now every time I move, it squeaks! Worth it for the back support, but maddening on days Im already irritable, hence this review

Lower Lumbar Support
