    I bought another one.

Much better than the one I had, base seems solid, blended leather feels like the sooner you cover the chair in a something the better. Easy to put together by one just put the arms on the back loose enough to get the seat between them. Attach the spring to the seat before the back of chair. Done. Enjoy.

Nice comfy chair for sitting through all these online meetings

After ordering it didnt ship, customer service was fabulous getting another one sent and resolving the issue. Chair took some persuasion to assemble, and I went to the hardware store to buy heavy duty casters instead of the cheap plastic ones that came with it. For a big and tall item I would have expected heavy duty ones to be included. But after assembly it sits comfortably and has the support I want in a chair. And it is wide enough that I fit in it with room to spare and slouch around in while working from home. The upholstery has a great classic brown color stitching seems solid all around. Happy with the purchase and hope it lasts years as my old office chair did, though nothing lasts like it used to

Great chair, but very difficult to assemble

This chair is exactly what I was looking for in comfort, support and design. The cushion and lumbar are excellent. However, the assembly took over an hour mostly due to securing the back portion to the seat which was nearly impossible to align the screws. This should have been pre-assembled.

    Just okay

Just okay. Nothing special and definitely not as comfortable as the laz y boy office chairs I sat in for same price.

    Fits different size people.

Very comfortable and sturdy. The height adjustment has a good range. The seat is wide enough to fit bigger hips but does not swallow smaller people. The lumbar support moves outwardly but not up and down.

    Comfortable, exceeds expectation

Easy to assemble if you read the instructions Looks really nice set up. Offers great support, better than the lazy boy I just replaced. Would be nice if the arms could rise, but they arent the type. Its a good chair.

Very comfortable chair for a big person

As a person whos 6 4 and about 270 pounds, I wanted a chair that was advertised as being built for larger people. This chair fits that purpose nicely. Assembly took about 30 minutes and, if you follow the directions to not tighten the bolts on the bottom until the arms are attached, you shouldnt have too much difficulty with getting the arms on. So far the lower back support seems nice and the chair is fairly comfortable to sit in. The seat padding is firm but not uncomfortable. After youve been using the chair for a few weeks, flip it over and re-tighten the bolts on the bottom. Be careful not to strip them, but I noticed that mine had worked their way out a bit after the chair had been used. Tighten the ones at the back underneath diagonally (in an X pattern, not side by side) and then the front. Dont overtighten or strip the threads, just make them snug. Theres a few creaks and groans with the chair but its sturdiness seems good so far. I typically break chairs in two to three years due to my weight and plopping down in them and so far this one has withstood my typical abuse.

Comfy and good for the price

I started working from home in November and bought a cheap chair at a yard sale. After about 5 months, my back hurt, my butt hurt, everything. Pretty easy to put together. I put most of it together myself. My husband had to help me put the arms on because its a very tight fit. Super comfy, big enough I can pull my leg under me comfortably. (Im 511 and 200lbs) so far no issues. Everything works well.

Very solid chair, recommended for long sitting

I am overall very happy with my purchase. The leather is very soft to the touch, and comfortable. I experienced no shipping problems or damage to the product. It came very well packaged, almost annoyingly so, taking all the coverings off. However, for such an expensive product I can understand the concern. Im 59 and 200 lbs. This chair is just a tad too tall for me to sit in at the lowest setting, keep that in mind. I dont mind it much though, its right on the line, and I lean back all the time anyway. The lumbar support is not as useless as some other reviewers called out, but it definitely isnt enough for those who really need support there. However, it does stiffen up quite a bit if needed. Honestly, if you need more support than that, the chair is large enough to accommodate a pillow. What I really want you to walk away knowing is this is a very well built chair, made from materials that have no play in them when tightened correctly. Its heavy, and feels like it will last for a long time. The wood is way lighter than what is shown though. Make sure you are OK with that. Its closer to a walnut than a cherry. I will keep this chair, as the pros far outweigh the cons, and I was shopping to find the right one for a long time. Im glad I settled on this one.
