As a person whos 6 4 and about 270 pounds, I wanted a chair that was advertised as being built for larger people. This chair fits that purpose nicely. Assembly took about 30 minutes and, if you follow the directions to not tighten the bolts on the bottom until the arms are attached, you shouldnt have too much difficulty with getting the arms on. So far the lower back support seems nice and the chair is fairly comfortable to sit in. The seat padding is firm but not uncomfortable.
After youve been using the chair for a few weeks, flip it over and re-tighten the bolts on the bottom. Be careful not to strip them, but I noticed that mine had worked their way out a bit after the chair had been used. Tighten the ones at the back underneath diagonally (in an X pattern, not side by side) and then the front. Dont overtighten or strip the threads, just make them snug. Theres a few creaks and groans with the chair but its sturdiness seems good so far. I typically break chairs in two to three years due to my weight and plopping down in them and so far this one has withstood my typical abuse.
Very comfortable chair for a big person
