Im 64 and 250lbs. So a big guy, but not a BIG guy. This chair meets the requirements in that it is large enough for me and reasonably comfortable. It is not, however, a premium chair. The leather is fairly low end, the casters arent great, and the packaging inevitably means some dings will hit it in transit. For a chair in the mid $200s, you would expect a bit better all around. That being said, it is reasonably comfortable and sturdy so it will do for a while. Ive certainly sat in worse office chairs.
I was uncertain when buying an branded chair, but most of the reviews were pretty positive and it was in my price point. the number one feature I was looking for was arms that fold up out of the way. Due to my desk size/configuration this was essential. This is also my only real complaint- I wish that they would go a little farther as the end of the arm rest (where your hands would be when they are down and in use) sticks beyond the plain of the back of the chair, I sometimes bang my triceps on it when turn to reach for something. Regardless it is a good chair, and comfortable for hours of use. The lumbar support is also very good, I was able to remove the lumbar support pillow I had on my old chair.
This really was a good recommendation by . This executive chair is not only smart-looking, but is as durable as a Mack truck! A best bang for the buck for sure.
The only noticeable operating deficiency is that the caster wheels tend to hang up once is a while. Otherwise would be 5/5 stars.
