So reliable and robust product. We installed two in our deck fixing the base straight to the wood (not using the additional base as it was big for our deck area). We already used the two umbrellas several times and are so happy with them! High quality, robust, easy to openclose, easy to adjustrotate accordingly to the sun position and good design.

Yes this was a little pricey but for the size and quality I think well worth it. Its a true statement piece to our completely new backyard. Be sure to have a friend help you first set it up as it is a bit bulky and heavy.
The umbrella is great. Shows no signs of wear and tear after a summer of use. We do keep it covered when not in use. I would recommend getting the larger base (water or sand filler). I cannot see the standard base being sturdy enough.
Looked at several other patio umbrellas for some shade for our Patio Island. This umbrella gives us enough shade for at least 5/6 people and love that it has a cover to keep it clean when not in use. We have an organic farm on the other side of our property line, and when the wind blows dirt can collect on everything very quickly. We can get extreme winds here in SoCal when the Santa Anas blow, and one night we forgot to put our umbrella down and the winds damaged one of the poles under our umbrella, but came through after we brought it to their attention by shipping us a returned umbrella that looked like it had never been used. Fantastic customer service!!
Purchased this umbrella a few months ago. I mainly use it in the most vertical position to shade my hot tub from the sun. Its basically a great umbrella with few faults. Mine is exposed to sun and its fading after a few months. The base that comes with it is a joke. I did purchase the 34 optional base that you fill with water or sand. If you purchase the 10 or 11ft umbrella I would purchase the larger base. My setup does ok in 10–12 mph winds but a 20mph gust of wind blew it over. I should add that once you fill the base there is no moving it. When it arrives its easy to set up . Its also easy to operate.
Not quite the color shown in pics. It seems to be very sturdy and was easy to assemble. I wasnt sure that the tilt would be enough but was pleased to see that it was plenty. One of the settings locks in almost at a vertical level. Rather expensive but I think it will be worth it.
Its way bigger than I expected, so I probably would have gone done one size, but I love it. They color is great, its been holding up to the elements for several months now with no issue at all. Really blots out the sun, which is great, because my patio is positioned for maximum discomfort during prime usage times. Will report back in a year if there are any issues, but this was a great purchase.
I am very pleased with this company! I had bought 3 umbrellas with the bases!! Very good quality!! After 1 year contacted the company and asked for a part for one of the umbrellas. They were very quick to reply and send 3 of the same part, just in case there was a problem with the others!! Very good customer help!! They still look like new and we love the product, have three of them next to each other on our lake deck!! awesome product you will not be disappointed!! I would for sure buy from them again!!
I write very few reviews but Im impressed enough with the product and customer service to take the time. I research before I buy and I expect products to last for years. This umbrella seems to be up to the challenge. The mechanical pieces of the umbrella are sturdy. The quality of the cloth is very good. Once it was out of the box it only took my husband and me a couple of minutes to set it up. My deck faces north and I needed an umbrella that could block the east and west exposures. With the vertical range of this umbrella, Im all set. I reached out to customer service via email twice for general questions. Both replies made me feel like this company is in business for the long haul and will be there in the future if I need any replacement parts.

Very sturdy, well made, reasonably priced / love the aqua color
Used in our small backyard patio / the 10 covers almost the entire area. This is a great product / very satisfied. Its easy to open and move around.
