We bought our Umbrella in May to replace a smaller cantilever umbrella we had on our deck. While the and its base was nearly double the cost of the umbrella it replaces, it has been money well spent. The entire umbrella and base are well build and engineered and easy to use. I am very impressed with its quality. One side note it is very heavy and definitely a two person job to get it initially attached to the optional weighed base. Again worth every penny!
I would have removed the packing materials on the ground before lifting up and mounting to base but other than that, perfect. Was very cool under a June Sun in Indiana with a high of 88. Love it.
This was a little pricey, but well worth the money. I purchased the 36 base that Is made by . Assembly was very easy. The umbrella is very easy to raise and lower. It comes with a very nice cover. I expect it to last a long time.
After an issue with the first umbrella I contacted and from start to finish they took care of me. Consistent communication and a helping demeanor through all interactions.
The umbrella itself is very sturdy and does exactly what I need it to do! Looking forward to hopefully many years of use!
Good quality overall and relatively easy assembly. Disappointed that base isnt included, and not even mentioned in the umbrella instructions. Due to that umbrella fell over.and hit my dog with the first hint of wind.
Tried support route, not helpful, so I ordered the base. With now having spend close to 700 id expect fit and finish to be of higher quality

I love it, just got it set up today. Provides great shade and heat protection. But theres a small hole in the upper vented portion. This does not affect the umbrella performance, just the appearance.
Customer service contacted with me and worked with me to provide a satisfactory resolution in the way of a discount. Very pleased with the umbrella and the service.
First time using after assembly and notice there is a small slit in the fabric that will no doubt into a large rip. Very disappointing for the money spent.
