Looked outside one day last month and the center part was falling off… a month later went out there to put it back on and it’s not fixable. The loops were all ripped I’m assuming just due to weather… But definitely did not last a year. Debating on whether to scrap the whole trampoline or find a way to replace the center part
Never figured out how to properly set the net. Seems like it’s too short to fit all the way around in order for the zipper to close. Also the bars at the top detach easily when jumping. Slightly annoying and disappointing
The surface tension of the trampoline is disappointingly uneven. Certain areas feel excessively tight, while others lack the necessary tension. This inconsistency not only affects the overall bounce but also raises concerns about the trampoline's structural integrity over time.
We loved our trampoline! We got it for our 6year olds birthday and we had a 1 1/2 year old! We live in Houston, Texas so it does get extremely hot! But the threads that hold the springs broke and so the entire trampoline mat needs to be replaced now! My lids are very petite for their ages too so its not a weight issue! They were both jumping and they fell to the ground! Thank goodness they weren't hurt but definitely scared them! And now to find a mat and spring to replace it because this company doesn't have a replacement kit for those items!
The trampoline itself it great! I love the design of the poles and the trampoline seems very durable. However, the padding that covers the springs is awful. It holds water inside of it, as in, in between the two sewn layers. Not only is this gross because it will clearly mold and rot over time, but it also causes it to leak onto the trampoline continuously for days after it rains. There is always water running onto the trampoline from the padding. Not safe or ideal especially when it's cold.
Very disappointed in the quality of the netting and how it's attached to the springs. Every plastic hook at the bottom has broken off and my netting is just flapping at the bottom and a complete safety hazard. Also the pad that goes around to cover the springs does not fit around the 16 ft trampoline. I've contacted the company for a replacement and now have been told there's a delay in production. So now I have a trampoline that's not even safe for my children to use and we've had it less than a month.
We are on step 3 and holes on the t-connectors and the legs DO NOT MATCH. I have tried all sorts of things to make it match (maybe I put them on wrong so I switched them around, nope) finally decided it must be a defect in the drilling of the holes. These are part of a safety feature that hold the bars for the net up so I cannot continue putting together the trampoline until customer service emails me back. You cannot put the screws through something where holes do not match up. Why they do not have a phone number is beyond me. I will update this review once I have resolved this situation.
My husband assembled easily, but when kids began to jump the floor surface seemed to almost touch ground. We have eight year old twins only about 50 pounds each… So not near the weight limit. I’m actually concerned about other children playing on it. It doesn’t feel as sturdy as expected. It almost shakes as they jump. We had a larger trampoline but we moved so needed to replace and chose this one. I’m disappointed and honestly concerned with the safety of this, but don’t know what to do because it’s already assembled!
Not happy with the trampoline or customer service. I bought this one as I assumed for the extra cost I would get more in quality and durability, I also liked the extra weight capacity, however, the T posts that hold the net up are constantly popping out causing the net to loosen and fall down, and shortly after buying, the side bar that holds the net up completely snapped in half. I have written the company about these issues and have not heard a response in over a week. Wish I would have purchased a different one and saved some money.
Despite the large 16ft size, the trampoline's design doesn't efficiently utilize space. With 10 kids on it simultaneously, the available jumping area feels cramped, diminishing the overall enjoyment and safety of the playtime experience.

Broke within a year

Net issues

Only lasted a year and a half!

Trampoline great, padding terrible

Netting is falling apart and pad doesn't fit

Feels very flimsy!

Poor quality and functionality

Limited space for multiple users
Despite the large 16ft size, the trampoline's design doesn't efficiently utilize space. With 10 kids on it simultaneously, the available jumping area feels cramped, diminishing the overall enjoyment and safety of the playtime experience.
