Not happy with the trampoline or customer service. I bought this one as I assumed for the extra cost I would get more in quality and durability, I also liked the extra weight capacity, however, the T posts that hold the net up are constantly popping out causing the net to loosen and fall down, and shortly after buying, the side bar that holds the net up completely snapped in half. I have written the company about these issues and have not heard a response in over a week. Wish I would have purchased a different one and saved some money.
