The engineering precision of this trampoline is notably lacking. Critical components such as the frame and joints do not fit together seamlessly, leading to concerns about the overall structural integrity and safety of the product.
We were very excited about this purchase. Assembly was very difficult and by the end the net didn’t even zip up all the way as if the netting was too small. Very disappointed as this is the safety feature that is very important and can’t do its job efficiently.
Attempts to contact customer service regarding product issues were met with an unsatisfactory response time. The delayed communication adds frustration to an already disappointing experience.
For a trampoline marketed for family use, the lack of child-friendly design elements is noticeable. The absence of vibrant colors, engaging patterns, or interactive features diminishes the overall appeal for younger users. A more thoughtfully designed trampoline would enhance the play experience for children.
I decided on this trampoline hoping it would survive the Florida weather but considering it hasn’t seen a summer yet and the poles are rusting, straps are tearing, the poles are coming apart which I’m fixing on a daily basis. I had to have a new pole shipped to me after the first month because the kids hit the net and bent it. Not Happy with this at all. This is our third trampoline upgrading each time to a bigger size and this brand is by far the worst. That being said the company did send me the new pole quickly and free of charge but I feel like it’s going to be a constant ordering of new parts.
I searched for months and read up on trampolines to find the perfect one for my granddaughter and future grandkids. This one was a little pricey but I was more interested in quality because I want it to last. I was pleased with the quality until it came to the net. We struggled for days stringing and undoing until the bottom is so torn we had to just leave it without being able to get the zipper to close. It seems the net is too small with the way it bows in. I have contacted the company. I hope they can resolve this. Hope others have better luck.
It is certainly a good looking trampoline. But, it doesn’t feel nearly as sturdy as the others we’ve had in the past. Also the way to put up the safety net is more difficult and does not seem to work as well. It’s got good springiness but when you jump on the trampoline it feels less sturdy than other trampolines. For the price and what you get I do think it’s pretty fair.
Considering the price point, the quality of this trampoline falls short of expectations. Investing in a higher-quality product that lives up to its claims would be a more reasonable choice for park management.
The aftersales support experience has been less than satisfactory. Timely responses and proactive solutions were lacking, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated in addressing the product's numerous shortcomings.
Signs of material wear and degradation have become apparent sooner than expected. The jumping mat, in particular, exhibits premature signs of aging, casting doubt on the durability of the materials used in the construction of this trampoline.
