The shelf is not stable enough, it will shake and run when jumping, and it will make a creaking sound. The hook for pulling the bouncing pad is too loose and cannot be fixed at all. There are still several cracks on the pad, and the quality and workmanship are average.
I cannot overlook the insufficient padding on this trampoline. Safety should be a top priority, especially when it comes to children. The padding provided is minimal and doesn't seem adequate to prevent injuries, raising significant concerns about the product's safety standards.
One unexpected drawback I've encountered is the noisy assembly process, especially during the attachment of certain components. A quieter assembly experience would contribute significantly to a more pleasant overall customer experience. This improvement would not only reduce potential disruptions but also enhance the overall satisfaction of users during the initial setup phase.
The assembly process was not only time-consuming but also presented discreet challenges. Certain components did not fit seamlessly, and the overall construction proved more intricate than suggested in the instructions, making the setup process frustrating.
My grandson have reported an uncomfortable sensation while bouncing, particularly due to the spring system. The springs seem to transmit more impact to the him than expected, affecting the overall comfort during use. A redesign of the spring system to provide a more cushioned bounce would greatly improve user satisfaction.
Despite claims of rust resistance, the trampoline's frame is showing signs of corrosion. This not only compromises the aesthetic appeal but also raises concerns about the long-term structural integrity of the product.
Half of the T bars that hold the fiberglass poles for the net are not bored out big or deep enough to allow the poles to slide in. this means that it is almost impossible to get all the poles in because there is even more tension around the safety net circle. I even attempted to use my drill bit to open up the hole more but it won't work. Additionally, when i opened the box, most of the hardware was just rolling around in the box. Looked like someone had opened it and just threw the nuts/bolts/etc/springs back in the box -- which I then had to dig through to find everything (ended up missing a nut and washer).
This trampoline is not stable. It has much less bounce than less expensive ones we have had in the past. Very disappointed especially given the money we paid for it.
The promise of a dynamic and enjoyable bounce experience is unmet. The trampoline lacks the responsiveness and energy absorption expected, leading to a disappointing jumping sensation that doesn't align with the vibrant play experience I envisioned.
Upon closer inspection, I noticed subpar stitching quality on the trampoline's jumping mat and safety enclosure. This compromises the overall integrity and safety of the product, leaving me concerned about its longevity.
