The trampoline is pretty sturdy with the exception of when someone heavier jumps, the trampoline seems to move a lot. To remedy this I bought longer stakes to make sure it doesn’t come up. In regards to the sinking, the jumping mat is no longer taut. It’s not bouncy anymore. I am not sure if it is the mat or the fact that the springs are smaller than normal. I got this as a gift for my 4 year old twins birthday and it already doesn’t feel right.
My kids and extended family absolutely love this trampoline but it hasn’t held up very well. We had to replace the mat with the first 6 months and now the netting is coming unattached from the bars as well as several of the bars are bent.
Achieving proper alignment of components during assembly proved to be more challenging than anticipated. Misalignments in critical areas not only extended the assembly time but also raised concerns about the overall precision of the manufacturing process.
The safety aspect of this trampoline is a major worry. Despite the 1100lbs weight capacity claim, I've observed instances of instability, raising significant concerns about the trampoline's ability to ensure a secure playing environment for my children.
Upon closer inspection, concerns about the quality of frame welds have surfaced. The welds appear less robust than expected, prompting worries about their durability and the overall strength of the trampoline's frame.
Disassembling the trampoline has proven to be more challenging than expected. The process is intricate, and certain components resist easy removal, leading to frustration and concerns about the practicality of disassembly for storage or relocation.
Attempting to process a warranty claim has been an arduous task. The bureaucratic hurdles and delays in the resolution process have added unnecessary stress to an already disappointing experience with the product.
The images used to showcase this trampoline on the packaging and online do not accurately represent the product's actual performance. The disparity between the visually appealing representations and the real-life experience is disappointing and feels deceptive.
Joinery on the trampoline frame leaves much to be desired. The connections lack the solidity required for a product that undergoes repeated stress, and this compromises both the safety and overall longevity of the trampoline.
This trampoline looks nice but we’ve had it less than a year and it’s already rusted and the straps are disintegrating and snapping. Our last trampoline lasted several years before this happened. Very disappointing, especially for our 2 girls.
