Sellers won't respond. Bought insurance coverage and they put the insurance on a strand of lights. Still haven't gotten it straighted out so I can file a claim. Net poles bent and now net is worthless. Don't buy from here.
One gust of wind and the poles that hold the net are snapped in half. The metal is so lightweight it does not hold up to anything. Our last trampoline we had 10 years, never anchored it down and never had issues. This thing will fly in the lightest gusts and when anchored down the net is junk and the metal bends. A few months in and it’s useless.
The product from what I can see is a great product. Good materials looks great when assembled. The only reason I gave 3 stars is the connectors keep coming apart when the kids are jumping. I have contacted the manufacturer via email for advice but only worked temporarily. Not sure if the issue is with improper assembly. As result it’s not get much use.
We received the trampoline and the box was damaged which allowed a screw to get loose. One of the springs was broken so we had to use the extra one that came with it, and pad that goes over it is thin, so very little protection.
The smell is too strong, and my eyes are burning with pain; I don't know the bounce strength, and it's not easy to pack it. If it weren't for the size of the item, I would definitely have returned it.
The enclosure netting, touted as a safety feature, is a source of frustration. It sags noticeably, diminishing its effectiveness in providing a secure boundary for my daughter. This compromises the trampoline's safety, especially during energetic play.
The curved mental poles that hold the net up, come in two pieces and break easily at connection point. We have reinforces the poles and is working well. 2 poles broke in the first 2 months and more bent.
While the trampoline boasts an impressive overall weight capacity, there might be individual weight restrictions for users, particularly if there are significant variations in the weights of those using the trampoline simultaneously. We should carefully adhere to weight guidelines for safe use.
4 of the curved net supports bent and broke within 2 months. My boys are rough on things but I didn’t expect it to break so easily. Replacement parts are sold individually and super expensive.

Arrived looking used
Arrived in terrible wide open packaging. Parts look used. Won’t put together until Christmas Eve and will update then, provided parts aren’t missing…
