Tub filler arrived quickly and well packaged. Extremely well made…our plumber was impressed. A lot of bang for your buck. We needed some assistance with some custom length hoses and their customer service department was an absolute joy to work with. They got us exactly what we needed in a prompt and courteous manner. Dont sleep on this one!
This is a very well built faucet - as solid as they come. No leaks or drips. It is well packaged to prevent any scuffs. The hoses were too long for my install so I called Sophia at the included number and she arranged for hoses of the proper length to be shipped to me. I was very happy to speak to another human being on the end of a phone line instead of having to navigate some impersonal website. Live customer service is a rare thing these days. Thank you Sophia.
Excellent quality. We have not installed yet as we are waiting for new custom sized hoses to be made. Kelly was very quick in responding to get the custom hoses made. I would highly recommend.
Product came fast and seems to be a quality faucet. Customer service has been helpful. Water lines that came with were too long, but I reached out to customer service and they are going to send me shorter waterlines. After I receive the new waterlines from the manufacturer and install the faucet, Ill have a more accurate review for my overall experience.
Very well built faucet. Sturdy when drilled into wood subfloor. Customer service picked up right away and offered to replace for free the water supply hoses that were a bit too long for my install. Got 30 inches with the order but they crimped when initially installing…so needed to get 28 inch hoses and was told they have them. Hard to find 28 inch hoses online or at local hardware stores. Could only find 24 or 30 inch hoses and neither of them would work.
You have to know if you need shorter hoses, the ones it comes with are very very long, we had to take ours to get modified on day on install. Faucet looks nice, came with some small scratches that we didn't notice until too late. The shower head drips forever after you use it, I have to lay it in the tub for 2 days. We also noticed the faucet has a slow drip we can't seem to resolve. Update, vendor sent something to resolve drip. Very pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful brushed brass free standing faucet for tub. If placing it on the 1st floor (foundation) it requires a 28 hose that it did not supply and impossible to find. I have requested from seller to send the 28 hose. Or I will have to return the $400 faucet because Im unable to use it. Will update once hose comes in
