Update: The customer service was very helpful and nice. The right size hose came in very quickly. Updating to five stars.
Beautiful brushed brass free standing faucet for tub. If placing it on the 1st floor (foundation) it requires a 28 hose that it did not supply and impossible to find. I have requested from seller to send the 28 hose. Or I will have to return the $400 faucet because Im unable to use it. Will update once hose comes in
