Ordered for a pedestal tub upon our plumber's recommendation mainly because there's a customer service number listed for customized hose length. I called that number and received excellent service, confirmation they could get a 5ft hose for me, and text updates. I will update again when all arrives and is installed but for now I'm 100% satisfied of the service I received. UPDATE : Custom hose arrived even faster than promised and is as requested!
My plumber said rough in is best/easiest to install, parts are good quality and company is sending longer flex lines free of charge and shipping. Customer service responded quickly to our flex line inquiry and friendly service!
We originally purchased a different faucet from Woodbridge and were unable to install it because the supply lines were 3 inches too long and the company provided no other options. We live in Florida, therefore no basement and our faucet needed to be installed on concrete. Thankfully, I came across this faucet, which listed great reviews (many from customers installing on concrete). I contacted (spoke with Kelly) and she promptly answered all my questions. Received the new faucet next day and my plumber was very impressed. We knew the supply lines would be too long so I contacted Kelly and she is providing new supply lines free of charge. If you are installing on concrete (and even if youre not!) this is the faucet for you!
