This is a well crafted, easy to install tub filler. The water pressure is great even through the shower head. We needed specific length hoses that were quite a bit longer than the ones supplied. They furnished them free of charge and we had them from Hong Kong in a week. They did send the wrong size fitting twice, but they happily fixed it. They are also easy to contact if you have questions, their number is listed on the product page.
The faucet looks beautiful- we havent installed it yet as the water supply lines were too long and the seller was very responsive to send us shorter hoses. Will update review once its installed and functional.

Just bought this after looking at a number of alternatives, all others were well over priced. Plumber stated it is good quality and seems durable, had no problems installing. Arrived in only a few days when US competitors told me they were back ordering out 90 days. Highly recommend it

We had an issue with the hot/cold tubing being a little long and they were SO helpful in sending us soem shorter ones. Our plumber said it was very easy to install and the faucet is sturdy. Cant beat the price.
