You cannot beat this tub filler, especially for the price. It is solid and has a great base to keep it steady. It is packaged very nicely with everything you need to install. Because of the way my bathroom is layed out, I need longer water supply lines. The customer service team reached out to me and is arranging to get me longer lines - I can't wait to begin using it. Will update with additional comments and pics once the bathroom is finished.
Beautiful faucet for my free standing tub! I love the color. It was packaged great. My plumbers came to install it and we needed shorter supply lines so I called the customer service and they are sending me shorter ones. Great company!

Everything is great but the hoses were too long. But customer service is great and will replace them with shorter ones. They are easy to work with . I will send an update after we get it installed.
This is exactly what I was looking for and a lot less cost than most others. Looks beautiful in our new bathroom. Couple thoughts for you though. When you turn the handheld shower off, make sure it is facing down into the tub, as it will drip some. Also, the bottom handle controls your temperature and is also the on and off for the water flow. You turn it side to side for temperature but pull the handle out to turn it on. It took me forever to figure it out and I thought it was broken...hahaha. Otherwise, great product and you will love it!

We had a question about installation and Customer Service was super helpful and easy to get ahold of. Great product - I'd absolutely purchase it again if given the chance.
