The faucet seemed to have something odd going on with its cold/hot balancing, but that cleared after the first several minutes of use. It looks great by our freestanding tub and was cheaper than many of the alternatives.
Come with all the dust, It can't even be clean up. I took couple hours to install it, but failure. Some scratches on it, it looks like the used one. I will not recommend anybody to buy it. I will return it.
I sent an email to the vender that the fixture was defective and the hoses were too long. Although there were only a few parts that were defective, Customer service was fantastic and they actually sent me all new parts! The faucet is beautiful and looks fantastic with my free standing black tub! My plumbers finished reinstalling it today and it works perfectly.
Faucet looks great out of the box. We had an issue with the hoses being too long for the application that we were doing. I phoned the help number in the box, The new hoses were custom made and we had them on 4 days! Very impressed!! And , they were the right size!! Great Customer Service!
Love this faucet. Very secure attachment, easy enough to install. Beautiful design. The spray head is genius for cleaning the tub. Only downside is the water flow is a bit low from the main spout. Maybe too much and it would splash all over? But for me, I would have liked to see a bit more volume so the tub fills up more quickly. It is not an issue of our pressure, as we have plenty, but it might be because of the long 1/2 lines the water needs to travel up to exit the faucet.

Who would think that a bathroom faucet could be a major feature in a bathroom? Well this one is. Really nice piece and works great!

Customer service solved my problem with the shower head, scratches and hoses too long!
