It is very heavy and well made. It was a little tricky for my contractor and plumber to install but once we get the shorter hoses I think it will be fine.
The faucet arrived very shortly after being ordered. The install was easy, and after installation, the faucet is very sturdy. It looks beautiful and works as expected. There was a minor issue with the order, but I called the supplier and they corrected the issue immediately (better than I wouldve expected), without charge. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
This bathtub faucet looks amazing and very well put together. Packaged very securely and wrapped meticulously. Chrome finish is high quality. Would definitely buy again. Cust service was amazing! I needed a slightly different hose size for my install and they responded immediately!
I ordered this faucet for a free standing tub in my master bathroom and was very pleased with the quality from parts to packaging. Assembly was easy and spare parts were included (in many cases today that is not the case) I had a slight issue with one of the O rings during assembly but called the number on the manual and was greeted to my surprise by a real person who within minutes had agreed to send replacement parts that arrived a few days later. I would thoroughly recommend this product and company.
Extremely cheap faucet that looks pretty but doesnt function well. Bad review is solely because it takes FOREVER to fill up a SMALL bathtub. Literally takes 10 minutes to fill a small tub 2/3 full to soak in. I emphasize small tub.... if you had a more normal/larger size tub then it would take even longer. House pressure has nothing to do with this review. House pressure is great and had plumber set pressure at 60 psi (and double check it) which was a little higher than he wanted to go. The purpose of a tub filler is to fill it up quickly not sit around and wait forever on it.
