Customer service solved my problem with the shower head, scratches and hoses too long!
I sent an email to the vender that the fixture was defective and the hoses were too long. Although there were only a few parts that were defective, Customer service was fantastic and they actually sent me all new parts! The faucet is beautiful and looks fantastic with my free standing black tub! My plumbers finished reinstalling it today and it works perfectly.
