I ordered this bed directly from the supplier. It came in a decent amount of time. Packaging was good. My only complainys are that it was very hard to put together. The holes did not always line up and we were missing hardware from one of the boxes. We were also missing the middle support legs. The parts did not arrive for several days so we had to sleep on the couch for days. But once we got it together it was beautiful and sturdy.
So I’m a particular person and already have problems with sleeping I have since I was little of just not sleeping, well anyways after my oldest was born we broke down an old frame we been given from someone because it needed a box spring (I hate box springs and the noise they make after a year of use not worth it in my opinion), which squeak and kept me up most of the night from bounciness and the noise. So years of sleeping on the floor a good year of taxes and I finally decided to look for a real bed. I looked from December to February loooking for anything that’s not too modern, Boring or useless. By the end I felt I was not going to have any hair or good night sleep, looking on American sites, non American sights anything to catch my eye, make use of anything? So much that we’re cool and had no real purpose to them (I don’t need a bed with LED color changing lights I need functionality). So after what felt like too much searching for a bed I stumbled across this frame on a different site, loving so much before purchasing anything I always check to see if they have it, they obviously did, the better part about this story is I didn’t even really notice on the website (cause it was only on 1 photo) that the frame had a headboard that the website gave me no clues about what it’s called and how to find it, so I did any functioning person would do... I googled it. Alas they gave me an answer I seemed, after already knowing the mattress I was getting (puffy and loving it!) doing research on the frame and head board I found them both on and I couldn’t figure out what size bed I wanted til said sorry I only got a king, so I went with a king and couldn’t be anymore happier with this decision!

The storage on this bed is amazing. We upgraded from a full to a queen and needed space for what was in our side tables - in a house with limited space, this has been a life saver. Its also given our cat lots of little places to curl up as well, so everyone is happy.
*It took us an entire 24 hours (we didnt sleep) to build this between the two of us, so I highly recommend having a third person!
Definitely worth the time to assemble! However! If you do not have an electric screw driver, it may take up to 12 hours to assemble! Electric screw driver STRONGLY recommend!!!! (Also in case anyone is wondering, you can In fact fit your box spring in the frame). Also the German to English translation on the shipment boxes are worth a good read! They are kinda funny!
I love this bed frame! To start it arrived about a week early and the boxes are labeled in order of assembly.The color is nice and it is really real wood! The only thing that was a pain in the ass was assembly because I can honestly say Ive never put so many screws and bolts into one piece of furniture, but if I can do it with minimal help from the hubby anyone can. The directions are just a smidge better than Ikea directions but the again K was half asleep putting it together. He and I both love that our pets cant get under the bed but we dont lose out on storage. All and all its a great looking bed frame that feels sturdy I just recommend putting it toghter on full nights sleep.
Well to start the bed is awesome best I’ve seen yet the storage is perfect now I have storage for all my stuff and more lol I’m a big buy and we’ll the look a awesome and color is the best way better in person. Bought the headboard and drawer set. Just keep in mine you can use a drill to build it but just to make the holes use a screwdriver to tighten the screws and we’ll follow each step by step if you don’t you will regret it later. Once you have done one side the others are quick. Some parts came Brocken Due to the handling Of fedex Or who ever they use to ship but customer service took care of it right away in no time I had the replacement parts got it done and now enjoying this wonderful bed would recommend buying to family and friends worth every dollar you spend.
It was a great bed frame once I built it. Great storage on the sides and below the mattress. It has a good look also.
The wood is very soft and not a forever piece of furniture. It also had only instructions in German, lucky for me I know some. Construction takes hours at a minimum. If you use a power drill set the power and slip to very low, so you do not strip the soft wood. Wood glue is key to many joints for added strength.
If youre looking for a bed with a lot of storage, this may not be the bed for you. Once assembled half the bed is dead space, with no easy access. It arrived in good condition, with all hardware needed. Once together its very sturdy. I left the back of the middle compartment off, and fastened the center support further down the bed for better access, and more storge. This bed is for my 7 year old granddaughter, so I dont expect any issues. Happy with my purchase.
