Solid product, easy to put together, pre-drilled holes were perfect, finish is fantastic, does take about 8 hrs to unbox and put together. Great product, especially for the cost, goes great with the matching headboard. Would def buy again
Im assuming the pandemic slowed delivery. Got shipment in 2 parts almost a month a part. Bed has A LOT of pieces. Took a couple of hours to put together. Wear gloves or you will get splinters. I dont think its worth the money but it will have to do for now.
Ordered 2, for great grand s, 1 badly damaged. The other one is very sturdy love it. I am not getting very good service trying to get it replaced or money back. I can’t afford return postage. I am on social security. Have attempted repeatedly to send pictures. I have only an iPad.
Great bed, very beautiful and easy to assemble. My only con would be that one of the drawer pieces was broke coming directly out of the box. When purchasing the bed, I also saw a lot of mixed reviews about the trundle bed. My take is that yes, it takes some muscle to get the trundle in and out when on carpet, however, that’s to he expected! Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!
My bed frame arrived earlier than the expected delivery date which is always nice. The seller actually contacted me to approve sending it sooner. Excellent communication from them. The assembly of the bed frame is pretty involved but these lovely geniuses numbered the boxes by order of assembly. Not only that but everything you need to assemble that step is contained in that box. Everything fits tightly and smoothly once assembled. My two toddlers have jump tested the heck out of it and not so much as a creak. This is an excellent bed frame. I’m extremely pleased with this product.

Everything was in the kits to finish it . No missing parts.
Overall a really nice product , a bit pricey for something that requires that much assembly.
