Well packed, clear instructions, 95% wood. Nice bed fit right price

There are 2 boxes and everything is well packed. The longer box had some damage but luckily it has great protection inside that didnt cause any damage to the wood. The bed is 95% painted wood. Only the front drawers seem to be made of pressed cardboard, therefore there may be some inperfections as seen in my pictures which do not bother me. Assembly wasnt bad but took me 3 hours part because the room is tight and part being lazy since I did it at night. The instructions were clear and well written. I did not see the Allan Key at first but any Ikea Allen key works and I prefer the one pictured. Make sure you dont overtighten the bolts as noted on the instructions if you use power tools. I used them to screw in the long bolts and finished with a screwdriver. The hardest part is putting the drawers together by yourself. It requires screwing small screws where theres no predrilling and impossible by hand while holding 2 pieces of wood. I had an impact driver which helped. If doing it by hand you need someone to help you. Only 1 part was defective and took about 20 minutes to screw it down. This was one of the drawer guides (1 of 3). The hole was drilled lower not ending straight into the bolt hole causing the collar to turn when the bolt tip touched it and drove me up the walls for 20 minutes. When placing the drawers in, theres no mention but they are meant to be hard to push in, because the nubs prevent them from coming out when you open them. Later Were happy with the bed. We chose this one because of price and we liked the drawers and head/footboards. We used our old ikea mattress for the bottom bed and got a regular twin mattress for the top.

nice bed, not so nice assembly process

While the bed itself in terms of size, build, and storage are great, the assembly process was complicated by the fact that most of the bed pieces were not labeled. This made it difficult along the way to assemble the bed because there was a good amount of guesswork. In addition, some of the screws and pieces necessary to construct the bed did not work as one would expect they should. The instruction pamphlet was easy to read for the most part, but not perfect. Theres lots of room for improvement in terms of assembly simplicity, clarity, and procedure. Overall the product is very good, but the assembly process was a pain in the tookis.

As Described. Shipped fast, 4 boxes, go 1 by 1, easy to setup

I like it, real wood. A lot of pieces, but it comes together rather easily

    Good quality for price

It’s perfect for having extra sleeping arrangements for guests! My husband had to redo some of the tracks for the drawers but it was fairly easy to put together and is good quality for the price

Don’t need to clean under the bed.

Real wood, just a little soft so it scars easy. Overall, it is very steady and it suits us. What I like about it is that it sits flat on the floor so I don’t have to get on my hands and knees to clean underneath the bed. I have bad allergies and bad knees and not having to clean under the bed and breathing the dust is why I bought this bed. It is easy to install if you read and follow the instructions.

    Amazing bed for the price

Beautiful bed, takes a while to assemble but well worth it, all pieces made out of real wood, no pressed wood or particle board.

    DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS

This Bed is AMAZING. All solid wood. Extremely sturdy, and no need for box springs, because the slats really close together. Pine is a VERY SOFT Wood. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID BY USING A DRILL. The drill is ok to start screws......but finish tightening with a screwdriver......i stripped out several holes in my first assembly until i remembered this trick. Bed Is awesome quality even for the money. Well worth the investment and wait. Takes FOREVER to set up

    Great solution for small spaces.

We have a tiny guest room...this bed was a great solution... We’re not very “handy”... so it took us 2 days to assemble, but the directions were clear and the pieces well made. The only downside was, the slide out “night stands” hold a maximum of 6 lbs... The mattress fit in easily, and I found it easy to make.

    Good quality, quick shipment!

Not hard to assemble but lots of parts. The pictures could have a bit more clarity. I was able to put most of the best together ny myself. A power drill makes for a quicker assembly.
