The 10-inch mattress came in a very small box but it swelled up. The only bad thing about memory foam is when you get out of the bed in the morning you have to lower the back and legs or the mattress will straighten out across the tallest places.
Using after mastectomy. Needed 2 people to assemble b/c its heavy. Its been a life saver for me in recovery.
Bought a queen size and it fit just right in my own bed frame. I went ahead and bought risers to give it a lift since my mattress was too low for me to the ground. Good purchase for me. J

I was really looking forward to using this bed, and it lived up to expectations, for about three days. The head section wouldnt move. The instructions say to unplug it for thirty seconds and then plugging it back in. That worked for another day and then again nothing. Called the company and got right thru, spoke with a nice lady named Sally who then overnighted a replacement motor which was incredible easy to replace. But again, Im not getting any response. Will need to call again, stay tuned....
Update
The replacement remote took a week to come in but once I was able to replace it, the bed worked as expected. Its been several days now and no problems.
Wowwwww! Talking about quality... this os fantastic! I order this frame in Queen size. It is very very heavy and super sturdy. The motor os whisper quiet and smooth running. Fully adjustable to find the perfect comfy zone. Impressive.
