The wire loop at the foot of the bed kept coming out so I put two 3/8 set shaft collars over the wire ends that stick thought the frame, one on each wire end. Works fine. You can see the wire loop in the picture, it holds the mattress in place. I put this mattress on this frame: Pure Green Natural Latex Mattress - Medium Firmness - Queen. Bought it on too. I got a kick out of watching the UPS guy hump these two very heavy items up to my front door. Frame and mattress work perfectly together. My first adjustable bed and it is worth every penny. I sleep best with the head up a little. 62, 260lbs. I researched and shopped around for about a week. This combo was the best price performance value. Latex is the way to go.
I cant give a review on durability because I only used it one night but I love the three functions that I adjusted to my best night sleep in as long as I can remember
My husband and I occasionally will collapse into bed after the longest of days and sleep so soundly that snoring will emerge. With a push of a button, we can both get a night of better sleep. The USB plugs on both sides did not work, but with our new bed said they are blocked anyway so Im not concerned with getting those replaced.
I bought this with a 10 FIRM mattress (Full size for both) for my mom who was moving to assisted living. She use to sleep with so many pillows propped up and now I didnt want her to have to do that anymore. Plus the leg-up feature helps with her circulation, too. I am jealous that I didnt get one for myself! I opted for the WIRED remote because I know she would have lost the thing on the first day! There is a hook on the top so she can hook it to the frame or mattress so its easily located. As with all large hard-to-return-items, I was worried about a few things I had read online. First it was the lack of holes for the mattress holder and also lack of correct screws but none of those things were wrong with my frame. It was put together by the assisted living maintenance buy but seriously it took him only 10 minutes by himself! The motor is quiet and smooth ( another things other reviewers had complaints about) , the adjustment buttons have pictures on them that are a little small for her to see, but she caught on pretty quickly (just try holding down the buttons until you start moving the way you want, haha) We are very happy with the base ( and the mattress FIRM 10) and the price was great too. After do my own testing and research for the perfect bed to get better sleep having acid reflux issues, this bed was exactly what I had designed. The controls are easy and outstanding comfort. When having acid reflux issues a quick raise of the head elevation and no more problems...Best sleep I have had in many years!

Good adjustable bed
Its helped a lot with reflux. Basic adjustable bed. Ive only had it for a month + wonder how the motor will hold up - but so far so good.
