I was really looking forward to using this bed, and it lived up to expectations, for about three days. The head section wouldnt move. The instructions say to unplug it for thirty seconds and then plugging it back in. That worked for another day and then again nothing. Called the company and got right thru, spoke with a nice lady named Sally who then overnighted a replacement motor which was incredible easy to replace. But again, Im not getting any response. Will need to call again, stay tuned....

The replacement remote took a week to come in but once I was able to replace it, the bed worked as expected. Its been several days now and no problems.
