Edit: I did receive a replacement from customer service. They were nice and prompt. It works great now and I am pleased with it.
The bed works fine but the cords underneath have a bad connection. I have to reach under the bed to hold them together and adjust the bed. Useless! Frustrating. This was supposed to be a gift for my elderly mother.
I have only had a week, but it works well so far. Its a bit louder than I thought it would be, but for the price and how it helps my back, Ill deal with it.
This elevates up and down (head and foot) very smoothly and no noise at all. Im really happy with it, although if I had it to do over I would get the one with the fuller frame because I think the mattress might be a little more stable. I purchased the nectar mattress. Fabulous mattress!

I lost a leg of my base during a move and customer service was really aming, they are sending me a new leg right away and so I am about to buy another one of these excellent bases for my 2nd bedroom because they are an excellent deal with surprisingly great customer service.
Very easy to put together. Almost fully assembled out of the box. Easy to understand remote. Fully adjustable. Make sure to have at least 2 people to flip it over once youre done assembling it.
I got this because I was moving to Houston from Brunswick Georgia and I wanted an adjustable bed. It is fairly simple to put together and can be done by one person you just have to know how to follow the instructions and adjust. Very quiet Great height great mobility on the legs in the head. I am still finding out what level my feet need to be compared to my head have a great night but over all I would say this is well worth the money

No preset zero gravity position - your guess is as good as mine as to what zero gravity actually is
