Edit: I did receive a replacement from customer service. They were nice and prompt. It works great now and I am pleased with it.
The bed works fine but the cords underneath have a bad connection. I have to reach under the bed to hold them together and adjust the bed. Useless! Frustrating. This was supposed to be a gift for my elderly mother.
