the shower head is great, we love it. When it was time to install it, there was a piece that was needed and it was missing. Tried to call and they had no contact number for . They said that I would have to buy a new one and send the old one back. This was very frustrating. There was an email to on the instruction packet, but it was a hotmail email which seems so shady. I emailed them 3 times and they NEVER responded. This is not how a company should operate. Both companies could have done so much better.
My plumber said the only negative is the shower head rod is too long. He’s experienced this with this type of shower head during other installations. Looks good, happy with the water flow.
Although we had a plumber install it, it didn’t seem to take him too long. It made our shower look amazing. Love having a overhead shower and also a handheld one. The new remodel of our bathroom was complete with this purchase!

Looks elegant and gives a spa feel. I had a plumber install it at the time of remodel, so I assume easy installation. Very pleased with this product.
