I love this rainfall shower and hand held. It looks beautiful in my new shower and works great. The shower head is so big - water just cascades over you.
This is a very nice simple design that works well. The only caution is the installation depths for the shower head and hand held rough ins, those numbers are critical and there is little room for error.

It took me awhile to eventually install this product as I was in the middle of a huge remodel, but I am I glad that I eventually got to it. This shower system is, for a lack of better words, beautiful. It far exceeds my expectations in terms of operation, and it is a gorgeous addition to any bathroom.
Installation itself is pretty easy. With all the pieces and large equipment, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. The instructions are clear, however, and the most experienced of handypersons should be able to get this installed within the day.
One of my biggest concerns was with flow rate, as it cannot be adjusted, but after actually using it: there are no issues whatsoever.
In terms of negatives, there are a few. First off, some of the pieces are not symmetrical. It’s not any major pieces, no, but enough to drive me crazy. The knob that converts the hose from rain to spray, and vice versa, sits crooked. Also, a few of the smaller pieces arrived scratched. Is it the end of the world? Absolutely not, but even at this affordable price point, it’s not acceptable.
Overall, I’m happy with this shower system. It does contain a few negatives, but it is a great enhancement to any remodel. I will eventually renovate the shower itself, but for now, this this feels like a 5-star upgrade.
i need a replacement shower head as after only a few months of use one whole side cracked open need some one to get in contact with so they can send me the replacement

Beautiful shower set
This is such a beautiful set. It went great with the decor. Easy to install and I heard the improvements have made it even better.
