the shower head is great, we love it. When it was time to install it, there was a piece that was needed and it was missing. Tried to call and they had no contact number for . They said that I would have to buy a new one and send the old one back. This was very frustrating. There was an email to on the instruction packet, but it was a hotmail email which seems so shady. I emailed them 3 times and they NEVER responded. This is not how a company should operate. Both companies could have done so much better.
