Safe came in got it in place and either it was built un even or while shipping, wobbles really bad and does not sit flush on the floor, wasnt worth the money I paid for ot to be honest, but hey

I received this safe last week. The construction is very good. The locking mechanism works well and it was easy to set the codes. I also had a quick follow up message from the company. The operators manual needs a minor adjustment and the representative was eager to know how they could improve. The electronic lock is really fast and provides the quick access one would want in an emergency.
We received today. I was concerned when I saw the box was dinged and punctured in several places on every side of the box. I was very pleased with the inside packaging as no scratches or dents were on the actual safe. The directions for setup were easy to follow and completed quickly. I also followed a suggestion from another buyers review to use packaging material at the base to give the rifles that needed it a boost up for a snug fit and it worked perfectly :) We are very pleased with our purchase.

The first one arrived damaged caused by freight carrier; contacted the seller and got the replacement unit within 4 day. Easy to set up, solid quality. worth every penny.
My husband purchased this safe and was very impressed with the quality. It is perfect for what he needs. Unfortunately, my son lockef the keys into the safe before we installed the battery. I emailed their customer service and got an immediate response from Alan, who went above and beyond to fix my problem! He had a new set of keys mailed to my home within ten days, plus sent a panel organizer to us and registered our product for us. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company!
