Was a bit concerned about it getting damaged during shipping, but they did a great job with the packaging. I received the safe without any dent or damaged. The space is adequate for my needs and it sits in a corner with a small foot print. I like the fact that I can close the door without locking the safe.
The product arrived damaged beyond repair. The door came off its hinges and inside the safe box. Dents everywhere from the inside out. Paint scratched up badly. Walls warped. The door wont close. Very poor handling. After informing what happened, I was refunded the entire amount of money I paid for. Then, the company sent me a new Gunsafe FREE OF CHARGE. EXCELLENT AND FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Honestly, I recommend MOUTEC company. Thank you for everything. :)
Have had a very good experience with this product. It arrived before the scheduled date, the packaging was secure and the safe was in excellent condition. More importantly, this Moutec rifle safe is well built and seems to be very sturdy. The latch, digital key pad, biometric pad and backup key mechanism all worked perfectly. Then, to top it off, my communication with the company representative, Alan, was also excellent. He responded immediately to each of two emails that I sent him regarding g a couple of questions that I had. Bottom line, couldnt be happier with this gun safe.
Overall this is a nice gun safe to have. It is more of a gun storage, but more than enough for me to put rifles away from kids. Operation is simple and straightforwards. Lots of space for storing up to 4-5 rifles.

This thing is a beast. For the money it is so worth it. I counted 4 dead bolts but wasnt even looking, theres probably more. Great product, works great, and the seller is awesome.
