Have had a very good experience with this product. It arrived before the scheduled date, the packaging was secure and the safe was in excellent condition. More importantly, this Moutec rifle safe is well built and seems to be very sturdy. The latch, digital key pad, biometric pad and backup key mechanism all worked perfectly. Then, to top it off, my communication with the company representative, Alan, was also excellent. He responded immediately to each of two emails that I sent him regarding g a couple of questions that I had. Bottom line, couldnt be happier with this gun safe.
