I like it better than the Areon.

Make sure you buy the correct size on . They have a low, medium/standard and high seat. I bought the low. I did not realize that and thought I would have to return it. I am 5 feet 9-1/2 inches with short legs , so on the highest setting the chair works fine. Anyone taller would need a standard size for the seat or high. I like it. The back tilt setting are much better than Areon. They are also easier to work with. people delivered it and it went well. The chair is fully assembled in the box. Im 61. It was either the chair or a sports car. I am glad I bought the chair.

    Good for a Long-Term purchase

Given the circumstances out there, Ive had to work from home nearly 2 years now. After many hours each week of sitting in my past office chair, my back started to get really sore and knots would build up. I dont think this chair is perfect by any means, but its reduced a great deal of stress that I put into my back throughout the day normally and its been easier to sit in for longer periods of time. While $1000 up front seems like a tall order, I carry no buyers remorse and recommend considering this if you have back problems.

    Comfortable, adjustable, but not fashionable

The chair is lovely in terms of comfort and adjustability. Its also very quiet compared to the last two chairs I bought on from significantly cheaper brands that started squeaking and squawking right away and no amount of WD-40 or anything else would fix them. I love that the armrests are so adjustable. I actually wish they could go back even further. I cant quite get as close to my desk as I would like. That might purely be a me problem. The back support is great and I love that when I recline, it moves so well with me. My head and neck stay at the proper angle to view my screen. The seat of the chair is plenty large enough for me and can be adjusted forward or back. I love this feature but there again, I wish I could bring it forward another couple of inches to hit where it should just behind my knee. Im 59 for the record. Lastly, the chair is hideous. That is why I knocked off a star. Im so sorry but this looks like it was designed 30 years ago and nobody has bothered to update the design. The $230 office chair I bought before this one was beautiful-looking, just uncomfortable. But I feel like for the price of this chair, I shouldnt have to trade off beauty for comfort. It should be stunning, comfortable, and last a lifetime. Take away? Overall, Im not mad at my purchase. I just wish it were a little more adjustable and a little prettier in my home.

    Worthwhile investment

I needed a task chair but I also wanted a chair that was a little more flexible, e.g., gaming or using my iPad. This chair fits the bill. I always find a comfortable position and adjusts nicely. Its expensive but its worth the investment since itll last a long time. After four years of crappy chairs, Ive found the one.

Quality Chair and - after glitch - Quality Service

Since I have been sitting in this chair, I rarely think about the fact that Im sitting in a chair. This speaks loudly to its comfort and to how it supports me; it feels like it is just a natural extension of me. With all other chairs Ive had, I was constantly reminded that I needed a better chair. I did experience an issue that in the end required a spacer to raise the center hub higher from the carpet, but unfortunately, I fell into a tech black hole in the Customer Care system and it required extra effort to get the support I needed. But once they recognized the issue, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution. So kudos to them for delivering on real, customer-focused service. I recommend both the product and the service based on my experience. For context, I use this for my WFH office chair which is from 3-5 days per week.

    Good chair, worth the investment

Great chair for long term desk work. You can sit in it for hours on end without soreness or discomfort. The adjustable arm rests also line up perfectly with my desk so Im never wresting my wrists above or below my mouse and keyboard. The price tag is steep, but the materials are very high quality. One weird quirk, I received a random ball joint for what is presumably a car or offroad vehicle in the box the chair was delivered. screw up maybe?

    WOW

Three chairs later, I found the best. Super comfortable, arms rotate, puts your hands right over your keyboard. Everything that I wanted in a chair..

    Expensive, but Great Chair

I borrowed one of these chairs from my office when we started working from home last year. Eventually, I had to return it and once I saw the price to buy one, I opted for a cheaper ~$275 chair from office depot. Though it looked similar, it was not nearly as comfortable and didnt provide nearly as much support - my back started hurting two days in. So I bit the bullet and ordered the chair. You can probably find a good chair for less but since it looks like working from home will last for a lot longer I think it was worthwhile purchase. It has many settings and is easy to adjust for comfort.
