OVERDUE UPDATE / After only a few weeks of having the bed assembled, my oldest sons bed broke! And when I say broke, the side rail and bottom supports completely snapped. I contact customer support since I bought an extended warranty and they refused to do anything citing the warranty only covers missing pieces and not damages! WHAT? Be cautious if you buy this unsteady mess. Headed right over to buy a less expensive, frame bed that is way superior to this scrap wood. HUGE waste of money and time spent putting it together!!!!
Original / Living in a furniture store desert, I have to shop for most furniture online and it isnt a very pleasant experience. I took a chance on this piece (2 actually) and they exceeded my expectations. Aside from assembly being a pain (best assembled with 2 people), the beds are sturdy. My 6, 300lbs teen fits comfortably with plenty of wiggle room!
Came with all the necessary tools, and parts. Instructions are easy to follow. Ive had it for a few months now and its held up well. I knew how tall it was, but once I went under there was but cramp. Best for small kids or just storage for items you dont need access to all the time
Cool concept however 3 pieces were cracked while trying to assemble. Manufacturer would not send new pieces as per their policy that we had to deal with the issue via . It took several days of reaching out and threatening to report them to the BBB before getting a response at all! Which needed with sorry have to deal even though their instructions clearly say to reach out to them!
was willing to replace but we had to take it apart and ship it Back. We No longer had the box plus it weighs over 110lbs unassembled so getting it downstairs and ready for ups was too big of a task considering we didnt know when they would be here to pick it up (its a window) nor would I be able to get it outside for them without insistence. So we are left with what do we do now situation.
This is cheap quality wood, and certainly will not hold the weight of someone one 9/10 years old. I would not recommend this product!
This was easy to put together in less than 10 minutes. Its very sturdy, doesnt speak, and I can put a lot of storage underneath and storage is important when living in a tiny studio apartment
This is the second one of these I have bought. This frame looks nice and a headboard attached easilly BUT the first one had actual screws to put it together, this one just Fit together and had a rubber hammer that came with it to make it fit. Is is unstable, wiggles under u when you get in or turn over. The first one fit tightly and had no motion. I wish i had known they changed the construction. It OK for now but at some point I will replace it.
This bed is awesome! We bought it for our 5/year/old son who wanted a raised bed. Its big enough for him to grow into and tall enough that it feels like a bunk bed without the added height for him to jump out of (gotta love kids). Its very sturdy, it wasnt too difficult to put together (took 2 people 2/3 hours). Ive gotten in and out of it to make the bed and I feel totally safe in. The stairs are a little thin for bigger feet but see above about kid jumping out of bed
My teenager outgrew their twin bed from and finding a full size shorter was not easy. My husband and teen put it together in an hour or so, with the most difficulty coming from holes not lining up in all the right places. They have been using it for a week or so now and it seems to be working fine for them.

Worth it

Great storage for small apartments

Great Kids Bed!
This bed is awesome! We bought it for our 5/year/old son who wanted a raised bed. Missing hardware
Missing parts / screws foe the bottom piece to help hold the bed up. How do we get these replacement parts?

A little disappointed in parts fitting correctly.
Came with slats that didnt even fit they were too short to screw in. One piece of wood split when I put the screw in it. Kind of disappointing .
Love it!
Got this for my 10 year old daughter. She has a small room so this helped giving her more space. Love it!
