Cool concept however 3 pieces were cracked while trying to assemble. Manufacturer would not send new pieces as per their policy that we had to deal with the issue via . It took several days of reaching out and threatening to report them to the BBB before getting a response at all! Which needed with sorry have to deal even though their instructions clearly say to reach out to them!

We No longer had the box plus it weighs over 110lbs unassembled so getting it downstairs and ready for ups was too big of a task considering we didnt know when they would be here to pick it up (its a window) nor would I be able to get it outside for them without insistence. So we are left with what do we do now situation.
This is cheap quality wood, and certainly will not hold the weight of someone one 9/10 years old. I would not recommend this product!
