This is great for a mature toddler. My daughter climbs up and down with ease. Loves to play under the bed and will even takes naps underneath. Her room is small so the extra space underneath makes it worth it. It does take ti.e to put it together, but if you have enough people to help it can go by quicker.
We ordered this bed for our son since he was getting too big for his toddler bed. He was so excited when the box came in ahead of the scheduled time (it was at the door at 8 am, but scheduled to arrive at 10 pm)! My husband and I used a drill, you definitely need a drill, and we got it all put together in about an hour. I had read reviews saying how it was difficult to put together, but we had no issues and all of the pieces were in pristine condition. The bed is super sturdy and looks awesome. Great item for the price and my son is beyond excited!!
It was really easy to assemble with clear instructions, and seems to be good quality overall. Its a little creaky but seems to be getting less noisy over time as it settles. The drawer latch is a bit of a hassle.
Frame goes together very easily. Slats arent as sturdy at the bed I replaced, but they do install very solidly. They only reason I dropped a star was the fact that the cloth side panels are in no way solid. Theyre just a thin fabric over a frame. I was hoping the were solid because I have big feet and I know Ill be kicking those panels a lot until I get used to not being able put me feet there. Drawers roll nice and they lock into place, so it always looks very finished. I guess I shouldnt complain because the price is perfect for what you get.
