Update:
Almost 1 year with this bed and I still love it. I ended up removing the side rail and ladder because the kid/size ladder cutout got annoying. Easy fix with a stepstool! The bed has held up very well, even with multiple adults sleeping in it some nights. I am moving this year and this bed is one of the few things Ill be taking with me to my new home. I added a new photo to show the bed as I have it set up now.
I am loving this bed. Im 21, living in a crowded city in a tiny apartment with a roommate. I needed a bed frame that would allow me to use my room as more than just a sleeping quarters, as I have pets, a plant obsession, Im a student, and I enjoy having friends over. I wanted one of these beds forever but I could not find one in a full size / until this came along. I was able to assemble it all by myself (would definitely recommend a helping hand though as I was in pain for 3 days after) working for about 6 hours one day and 4 hours the next. I recommend an electric screwdriver with both a philips and an allen wrench attachment. I have a 12 inch mattress and its fine because Im an adult, but children should have a thinner mattress so the guard rails will be functional. I have had a blast decorating with this bed. I have some creative storage underneath as well as some floor cushions, a beanbag chair, and my dogs bed. This bed frame is incredibly sturdy, no wobbling or squeaking even when my partner sleeps over (were about 400lb combined)! My last piece of advice is to use a twin size comforter if you dont want any overhang. Long story short, get this bed!
I wasnt sure what to expect considering the low cost of this bed, but it far exceeded my expectations. The bed came packaged very well. I was impressed with how protected the pieces of wood were. Everything was in perfect shape, all of the pieces were there and ready to be assembled. My 11 year old daughter and her dad assembled this bed in about an hour and a half. Very easy for the two of them to do together. The bed is very solid and she loves it! There is plenty of space underneath to create a lounging space with a bean bag chair or other type of floor seating. I would recommend this bed. It is a great value for the price, especially considering its solid wood.
Ive only been using this bed for a week now, but so far I love it. Assembly was extremely quick and easy. There are no screw, bolts, or anything like that to deal with. You just use the provided mallet to hammer the pieces together. The bed feels very solid and doesnt creak at all when you move around.
Cutest bed ever! My husband had the bed put together in about an hour to hour and a half. He said it was fairly simple to construct. Its super sturdy! We hung twinkle lights under the bed to add some fun and give extra sparkle in the evening. Best part is its a great place to store extra toys for playing! Its so cute and worth every penny!
This is actually pretty good, the reason why I gave it two stars, though, is because it didnt come with all the pieces. We didnt get the small wooden plank that is supposed to go down the middle of the bed. And now for the small things. There are a LOT of holes. everywhere. Its a llliiiittle wobbly, but not too much. The big ugly WARNING sticker that is on the bed is super hard to peel off, I tried to peel it but I ended up just ripping half off, so now its even worse lol I should have just left it as it was. But all those little things dont matter TO much to me. Its mainly the fact that we are missing a piece that kind of bothers me. At least it wasnt a piece that we absolutely needed.
Wonder and cute. My daughter loves her new bed. She was very happy. Good quality and simple to assemble. We made a little cubby space to relax underneath with pillows, pictures and just different things. Great hangout space and the bed itself is awesome.
My son wanted a wolf theme in his room so we decided to do a makeover for his birthday. I purchased this bed because he already had a full sized bed. The idea is really great for saving space and it looks so clean. The box is , and I mean , so dont pick this up without help. Once we emptied all the parts, it was pretty straight forward to put together. My husband and I put it together with a few hiccups but nothing major. After assembled, both of us climbed up and sat on it. No wobbling or anything. So clearly our 8 year old would be stable. The ladder goes straight up without an angle. At first this concerned me but the ladder is really easy to climb, stable and gives the bed an elegant finish, which I love. Under the bed is big enough for cubbies and makes a cozy little area that he can hang out and play. His older brother has slept under there a couple of nights. I wanted the gray finish at first but it would have taken twice as long to arrive. Decided on white and it is lovely. Im sure my son will enjoy his new room and bed well into his teens. If you are wondering about the under 300 price point being a cheap quality, dont. This bed is awesome and well made. Im considering buying another one for our older son. To make this bed even more of an absolute dream, use a duvet cover with a goose feather comforter and it will feel just like a cloud.
I was given this bed as a gift for my child from a family member. Unfortunately it was mispackaged and shipped with four of the exact same legs so were unable to get it assembled. No luck from manufacturer
