I put a salon in my home so I needed 2 guest chairs. I love them. My clients say they're comfy and plenty of room for my larger clients. I love the look of them, very classy and pulled my salon together. My husband put each chair together in about 10 minutes. Very easy assembly. Comfortable and sturdy.

This set was priced ideally for me. It was a little tough putting the love seat together because the instructions werent all that clear. The smaller chair was a little easier to put together after figuring out how to complete the love seat. They fell pretty comfortable. I love the way they look overall.
I encountered a couple glitches when assembling the chair. I emailed the customer service email that was on the service card included in the box. Customer service responded promptly with proposed solutions. I received a second chair a few days later, at no extra charge. When assembling that chair, I encountered some difficulty getting one of the screws to go in. Took me a bit to realize that the threads in the screw were compressed. Fortunately, I had kept parts from the first chair, and I was able to switch out the screw. The chair is a little tricky to assemble. You have to have all the holes lined up just right. Helps to have a flashlight on hand. Successfully assembling the chair was time consuming for me, but I figure, I either pay with more time or more money. I think the chair is an excellent value for the price. It looks nice. And most importantly for my purposes, a client who perhaps weighs 400-500 pounds will be able to sit comfortably.

I put a lot of furniture together but when the holes on piece 6 are not drilled properly and you have to scrape away wood to get the screw in you can imagine my frustration! But I got them together and they look great in my room! 3 stars Only because of assembly issues!
I ordered two of these chairs, one of them was very difficult to put together because the holes didn't line up properly. This was a pain, but once it was done the chairs are very sturdy and look expensive. The seat is really deep and wide, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend!
We ordered the loveseat in expectation gray, it was delivered on the date it was said to be delivered, the coloring was a bit lighter than expected but we are still in Love! Great piece of furniture!
It took my husband and I two days to assemble these chairs and we still cant get two of the screws into the sides of the smaller chair, or the caps on the loveseat. They are cute, but Im afraid Im going to have to return them. The holes dont align making it extremely impossible to put this together. So upsetting.
Update:
I reached out to the seller and was sent a new chair. It was easy to assemble and all of the pieces aligned perfectly. Excellent customer service.
