This chair definitely exceeded our expectations. It's not only comfortable, sleek, and stylish, but it's a lot larger than I pictured. We were going to use this for our living room but ended up putting it in our nursery. It's the perfect chair to curl up with a book and cuddle for a while. For the price, it's honestly a great buy and I couldn't be happier.
Still waiting on the loveseat to arrive, but the single seat went together in 15 minutes, is STURDY and plenty comfortable. I'm a big guy and this chair is roomy and firm. The manufacturer must have listened to reviews because I had zero problems with assembly. Everything lined up just fine. Chair looks fantastic. Can't wait for the loveseat.
Follow up: Loveseat showed up the following day. Same as the chair. Awesome.

The reviews are true - this chair is a beast to assemble but the customer service is great. No. 1 tip: Start with the middle bolt. I spent a great deal of time trying to screw all three bolts in to connect the chairs back to the seat. This is the very first step of assembly and can be difficult. Keep the first two bolts slightly loose so that the final bolt can be installed, then tighten all three. The chair is very sturdy and fairly comfortable, but it will take a lot of patience, some know-how, and improvisation to get it together. It looks fantastic all put together, though!
Customer service is phenomenal! In my communication with them we did have some misunderstandings/miscommunication and they responded with complete professionalism and courtesy. They will do whatever is necessary to make a problem right, so definitely give them a chance to work with you on the problem and have clear communication.
Its a really nice chair . The instructions were blurry and wasnt really precise on how to face the arms of the chair as well as many other factors . The chair isnt too comfortable in my opinion but it looks very nice and it it very sturdy . Im not upset about the purchase but I think I could have done better
Seat is very hard. Item was missing hardware. Waiting for a response from seller. Will update if anything changes. Both chair cushions smash up against arm chairs.
